Professor Daniel Gucciardi works within the Curtin School of Allied Health Western Australia and member of the Physical Activity and Well-being (PAW) Research Group at Curtin University . He specialises in exploring the personal and contextual factors related to high performance, health behaviours and well-being in contexts such as sport, education and the workplace.

The Macquarie University Performance and Expertise Research Centre conducts multidisciplinary research designed to address three core problems in the study of elite performance and expertise: understanding its acquisition, its maintenance, and its loss.

Dr Madison Kho is a registered Psychologist with a Doctorate of Philosophy and Masters in Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University. Madison is working within the School of Psychology at Curtin University in Western Australia. Along with the Resilience Research and Training Systems Team Madison is conducting academic research in the role of leaders in supporting mental health initiatives in the workplace.

Dr Kirsty Bucknell, from the Centre for Ministry Development, is currently partnering with the Resilience Research and Training Systems Team to conduct valuable research on the psychosocial hazards effecting the mental health and wellbeing of ministry workers.

Dr Anne-Marie Maxwell is Research Manager at Tresillian Family Care Centres and an Adjunct Fellow at Macquarie University. Her research focuses on parenting, parent mental health, parent-child relationships, and parenting interventions. With a background in preschool education and 20+ years working with diverse families, Anne-Marie’s research is grounded in practice. Anne-Marie is collaborating with the team to explore resilience in the transition to parenthood.
